How your files are processed
The naskh tools that run entirely inside your browser (merge, split, crop, rotate, image conversion, page organizing, and the editor) never upload your files to a server and we never see them. The remaining tools — compress, the AI tools (PDF-to-Word and Arabic OCR), and the Office-conversion tools — are processed on secure servers over an encrypted connection only to complete the task, and we do not keep a copy of your files after it finishes.
AI & document conversion
To convert Arabic documents into editable text we use AI models from third-party providers (such as Google Gemini). Document pages are sent to the provider solely to perform the conversion. We recommend not uploading highly sensitive documents (e.g. banking or medical records) through the AI-powered tools.
Data we collect
We do not require an account to use the free tools. We may collect anonymous usage data (such as visit counts and performance) to improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising & cookies
We may display ads from third-party providers on tool pages. These providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage ad preferences through Google Ads settings.
